The project involves the sale and leaseback of resort villas. We will manage the entire resort operations and share 50% of the profits with villa owners on a per-key basis.
We have applied for RERA; however, since our project is located in a rural area of Satlasana Taluka, Mehsana District, it falls outside RERA jurisdiction. We will adhere to all relevant norms.
The project is located just 107 km from Vaishno Devi Circle in Ahmedabad.
The project will be developed over 159,264 sq. yds. (56 vigha / 33.29 acres).
